New Auto Toy Store is proud to present this 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder.Named after a famous breed offighting bull, theV10powered Gallardo has been Lamborghini'ssales leader and stable-mate to a succession ofV12flagship modelsfirst tothe Murcilago(4,099 built between 2001 and 2010), then to the current flagship,the Aventador , being the first entry-level Lamborghini in one-and-half decades. On 25 November 2013, the last Gallardo was rolled off the production line. The Gallardo was replacedby theHuracnin 2014.The Gallardo is powered with an even firing 4,961cc (5.0L) 90 degree V10 engine generating amaximum power output of 500PS (368kW; 493hp) at 7500 rpm and 510Nm (376lbft) oftorque at 4500 RPM.For the 2006 model year (launched in late 2005), Lamborghini introduced many changes to thecar to counter some criticisms garnered from the press and owners. The exhaust system waschanged to a more sporty one (including a flap to make it quieter during city driving), thesuspension was revised, a new steering rack was fitted, the engine power was increased by20PS to a maximum of 520PS (382kW; 513hp), and the biggest change was overall lowergearing ratios, especially in 1st to 5th gear.
